Spam vs. Ham

Akismet is probably one of the best WordPress plugins out there. Since my first installation of Akismet, 14,732 spam comments have been caught and eliminated. Today, Akismet 2.2 was launched and along with the usual bug fixes, came stats. The stats provide you with a graph showing how much spam was caught per day and a yummy pie chart with spam vs. ham! Personally, I would have called it nifty pie chart, but whatever, this is so geeky; I love it!

    Thanks Christine for always bringing new tools and plug-ins to the table, it’s very useful. I have Akismet 2.2 but can’t seam to find the stats area…can you let me know how it works?

    Hey Isabelle,
    You’ll find a link to “Akismet Stats” On your Dashboard as soon as you log in. On your dashboard, starting from the top left hand corner, you’ll find the title of your blog, then the top navigation, then the sub-nav. The stats are on this third line.
