About Bluelime Media
WordPress Themer and Developer
I’ve been working almost exclusively with WordPress since 2004. I love solving puzzles, a trait which makes working on the Web a lot of fun. Dealing with various issues of design, typography limitations, browser support and responsiveness are all part of my day to day activities.
I love what I do, especially when I can work with graphic designers, marketers and content managers to get their ideas off the ground.
I’m also heavily involved in the WordPress community where I contribute themes, help on the support forums and speak at WordCamps.
We have found Christine to be a great partner in web development. She genuinely listens to the needs of the project and delivers a well thought out solution. Christine is reliable and recognizes the importance of deadlines. We trust her to deliver a comprehensive product on time.

The most effective way to get improve your craft is to teach it. I’ve been teaching a WordPress class for the past three years and enjoy introducing the concepts of WordPress theme development to students. I currently teach at BCIT in the Technical Web Designer Program. If you’re a student or teacher with an interest in the curriculum, take a look at my WPyogi website. All of my material is available for anyone to use.
Over the years of coding for the Web, particularly when working with some excellent graphic designers, I discovered that my heart and talent lie in writing HTML and CSS. This led me to refine my work around front end development and WordPress. While working on some challenging and exciting projects, I have always kept my company small and highly focused. Instead setting up a large company with lots of employees, I partner with a handful of talented graphic designers to make websites happen. More results, less overhead!
This means that if you’re looking for someone to help you get online, take a look at my portfolio and check out the work of the graphic designers I work with. If you’re a graphic designer and need someone to take care of the front-end development, then let’s talk about the possibilities.
Why the name? When I started out I chose a company name that was easy to pick up, partly because people can’t pronounce my French last name. I didn’t know if the name would stick for long but it has served me very well while I built my business and transformed it into what it is today.
Working with Christine has been one of the best technology related choices we’ve ever made. Our investment firm relies heavily on website and email marketing to generate qualified leads that turn into long-term clients. Christine has helped us to design and implement numerous online platforms for our marketing that continue to impress me ever time. Her ideas are fresh, creative and she’s always able to meet our tight deadlines.
