STAR is a province-wide coordinating initiative that works to assist urban, rural and remote agencies in helping seniors to age in place.

The website’s main focus is to provide information and resources to seniors and their families, partners and agency. The website contains tips for seniors on how to stay active, technical and financial support for agencies wishing to provide transportation services to seniors and information about the STAR Supported Ride Program.

WordPress was chosen as the CMS of choice because of it’s ease of use and menu builder feature.
