West Coast Sightseeing

If you’re a Vancouver resident you will no doubt have noticed the numerous tourists visiting our glorious city. Ever wonder what kind of tours they go on? We had the opportunity to learn just that while working with West Coast Sightseeing on their website redesign.

Our goal for this project was to create a fresh new design based on their existing brochure and build the website with a content management system. We enlisted the help of Blue Citrus to create the visual design and converted it to WordPress. The design was achieved using stunning photography supplied to us by the various destinations such as the Vancouver Aquarium and Grouse Mountain.

The website was build with Search Engine Optimization in mind and several WordPress plugins were used to achieve this. We also incorporated slide shows built using jQuery to give each tour more visual impact.

The result, a fresh, modern and inviting website which is easy to use, navigate and update.
